From the desk of S. Smythe

“Oh, sorry bout that. My name’s Dave.” Dave gave Sebastian a look over. It was obvious this guy was stressing out or something. He was good looking, but a little too…”CW” for Dave’s taste. Besides, that wasn’t Dave’s job. Dave’s job was to get this guy drinking and feeling good at the bar. Maybe one of the female waitresses could help. “What’s eating ya up Sebastian?” Dave asked as he cleaned up another glass, looking the part of the bartender most people see in movies.

Dave… Sebastian tried to remember if they had met before… oh… this was the bartender that had tried to talk to him online.

Sebastian looked Dave over with a renewed intrest. Dave wasn’t exactly any of the types of guys Jessie usually hired and he wondered what had possesed the owner to select him. Perhaps he has a fantastic singing voice or something… Sebastian thought, dismissing the issue. He didn’t honestly care for the who’s and the why’s when it came to Jessie hiring people.

He did care about making sure that he had made a good investment when he had given Jessie the start up money for this place. It would be easier to check up on this if Jessie wasn’t so bad at ‘remembering’ their meetings

“I’m beginning to question the logic behind my investments in this… place. Jessie may be talented but he is quite a headache to work with and I don’t appreciate when he conveniently ’forgets’ our meetings so frequently.” Sebastian said honestly.
